CX Engineer Meetup: San Francisco

The CS role is splitting in two. On one side, relationship owners doing the high-judgment work. On the other, CX engineers who build and run the agents that cover everything else. This meetup is where the second group gathers.

Each month we bring CX engineers, CS leaders, and operators together in San Francisco to trade patterns for running a book of business with agents: what to automate, what to keep human, and how to prove the outcomes. The goal is more accounts per person, with outcomes engineered into the system instead of left to each CSM’s bandwidth.

We’ll have demo machines on site where you can check agents live, building and running proactive and reactive agents across the customer lifecycle in Sonora. Proactive agents drive adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion, while reactive agents catch stalled onboarding, emerging risk, churn signals, and buying intent.
