Any Model Context Protocol client — Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and others. Point it at the Sonora MCP endpoint and authorize.

Yes. The MCP server only reads. Claude can query customers, meetings, product usage, issues, and enrichments, but never changes anything in Sonora.

Access follows the signed-in user's Sonora permissions over OAuth. Answers are capped and rate-limited, the same as in the app.

Sonora's account team enables MCP for your workspace. Then each person copies the endpoint from Settings → Apps and adds Sonora as a connector in Claude (or another MCP client) — the first request runs OAuth, and the authorized connection shows back in Settings → Apps. Sonora uses AI to generate answers, which may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs before relying on them for customer decisions. The MCP server is read-only and permission-aware; access follows each user's Sonora role. See the privacy policy for data handling details.
