Enrichments: AI columns that read your customer data
Overview
Every CS team ends up maintaining a spreadsheet of judgments: is this account expanding, who’s the champion, did a competitor come up on the last call. Someone reads the meetings and tickets, forms a view, types it into a cell, and it’s stale by the next week.
Enrichments are that column, computed for you. Add one to any table and Sonora reads each account’s actual data — meetings, support issues, product usage, feature requests, sentiment, even the open web — and fills the column in, with the reasoning and citations behind every value.
Pick a template or describe what you want
Click the + on any column header and you get two ways to build:
- Templates. Over three dozen pre-built enrichments across health, expansion, risk, and competitive intelligence — Renewal Intent, Escalation Risk, Competitor Mentions, Usage Trend, Executive Departures, Champion vs Detractor, and more. Click one and the editor opens pre-filled.
- Describe and build. Write what you want in plain language — “a yes/no column for escalation risk from meetings and support tickets” — and Sonora drafts the prompt, the data sources, and the output format for you to review.
Every enrichment has a typed output, so the column stays clean: a category with colored pills, a yes/no, a number, a date, a URL, or a longer written brief.
Reads the whole account, not one source
Point an enrichment at the sources that matter and it reads across all of them:
- Meetings — summaries, transcripts, next steps, eCSAT.
- Support issues — tickets from Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, and the rest.
- Product usage — metrics and their trends.
- Feature requests, engagement, and sentiment — across every channel.
- Web search — funding, exec changes, layoffs, LinkedIn, pulled from outside your walls.
Open any cell and you see the full result with citations back to the source. If the AI gets one wrong, correct it inline and that cell holds your value.
Run it across your book, keep it current
Save an enrichment and run it on ten rows, the visible view, your selection, or your entire book of business. Turn on auto-update and it re-runs whenever the enriched record changes, or put it on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
Results are versioned, so editing an enrichment keeps the earlier ones on the record. Map a column to a Salesforce field and Sonora writes the value back, so the intelligence shows up in the reports your team already lives in. Enrichments are private by default; make one public and it joins the shared column library, and every column is referenceable in Canvas.
Get started
Open the Customers, People, or Meetings table, click + on the column header, and choose a template or describe your own. Save, run it across your book, and the column fills in with values you can expand, correct, and trust.
