The prompt

Analyze all available data for this customer and classify their expansion status. Only flag signals with strong supporting evidence — avoid speculation.

Expansion-ready

No active expansion conversation exists yet, but strong indicators suggest the account is ready to be approached. Evidence includes at least TWO of the following:

  • Usage growth exceeding 2x: Product usage (“Active Employees” and “API usage”) has grown 2x or more in the last 6 months compared to the prior period
  • Interest in unpurchased features: The customer has asked about or expressed interest in features they do not currently have access to (Cascade Perform)
  • High satisfaction signals combined with a gap in purchased products (e.g. active for 6+ months, strong health score, but missing key modules)

No signal

None of the above criteria are met. Do not stretch to find weak signals.

For each signal found, return:

  • Status: expansion in-progress / expansion-ready / no signal
  • Evidence: exact quote or specific metric with date
  • Recommended action (one sentence)
