The prompt

Estimate the total hours spent on [Customer] over the last 6 months across meetings and email.

Step 1: Meeting hours

Retrieve all meetings involving [Customer] over the last 6 months. For each meeting, use its recorded duration. Sum meeting hours by calendar month.

Step 2: Email hours

Retrieve all email threads with [Customer] over the last 6 months. Estimate 5 minutes per email. Aggregate estimated email time by calendar month.

Step 3: Monthly totals

For each of the last 6 months, sum meeting hours and estimated email hours into a combined total. Round each monthly total to one decimal place.

Output

Return the combined hours total for the most recent month as a single number (e.g., 4.5). If no data is available, return 0.

In the reason field, include a breakdown table for all 6 months with columns: Month, Meeting Hours, Email Hours, Total Hours. List each month on its own row, oldest first, with the most recent month last. Round all values to one decimal place. Note the email estimate assumption (5 min/email) at the end of the reason field.
