The prompt

Determine whether [Contact] at [Customer] has expressed buying intent or interest in trying a new feature.

Step 1: Search for signals

Review the last 90 days of interactions involving this contact across contact engagement history and meeting transcripts.

Step 2: Look for buying intent signals

  • Explicit requests to try or demo a new feature
  • Questions about pricing or packaging for additional products
  • Statements like “we’d love to try…”, “can we get access to…”, “we’re interested in…”
  • Proactive outreach about features they don’t currently have

Step 3: Classify

  • YES: At least one clear buying intent signal found in the last 90 days.
  • NO: No buying intent signals detected.

Return YES or NO, then one sentence describing the specific signal found (or confirming no signal).
