The prompt

Determine whether [Contact] at [Customer] is a strong candidate for a G2 review request based on their recent sentiment and engagement.

Step 1: Search for signals

Review the last 90 days of interactions involving this contact across contact engagement history and meeting transcripts.

Step 2: Look for positive signals

  • Unprompted praise about the product or team
  • High satisfaction language: “loving it”, “game changer”, “really impressed”
  • Proactive recommendations or referrals to colleagues
  • Strong engagement (multiple meetings, responsive to outreach)
  • Positive eCSAT scores (≥ 4)

Step 3: Check for disqualifying signals

Do not flag if the contact has:

  • Raised complaints or escalations in the last 60 days
  • Expressed frustration or dissatisfaction
  • Been unresponsive or disengaged

Step 4: Classify

  • YES: Strong positive signals present with no disqualifying signals — good candidate for G2 outreach.
  • NO: Insufficient positive signals or disqualifying signals present.

Return YES or NO, then one sentence with the key signal.
